Hog Blog – June 2025
This month our emergency number has been busy with callers either asking for advice or reporting an injured/sick hog. Thank -you to all the hedgehog finders for their care and concern and, most importantly, acting so quickly to find help for them. Hedgehogs and, especially hoglets, need specialist care by a trained rescuer. Trying to “help” care for them yourselves is not advisable and could lead to their death, so, please, if you find a hedgehog in need of help, or you just need advice, call us or your nearest rescue.
